On the 27th of September, 2020, Laycon made history from the biggest reality show in Africa, Big Brother Naija by winning the show with the highest margin from week 2 to the final week. Unlike this usual live eviction show dress code, he was convince by one of the housemates to put on something different. He wore his Agbada, a befitting outfit for a winner. The joy of celebrating with that outfit hits different and the voluminous attire has really changed the game.

Agbada was formerly a popular dress code for the western part of Nigeria, the Yorubas but today, it has become a National trend for men all over Nigeria and its value is not going to depreciate anytime soon.
